Jose was very attentive to our cleaning needs and fit us in to his schedule the very next day. We had recently evicted two tenants, and the condition they left the property in was a mess, to say the least. Jose and his cleaning crew did an unbelievable restoration of the property. Jose phoned me to return for an inspection before leaving the property to be sure I was satisfied with the cleaning. They cleaned our property so well I could not believe it was the same property I had left hours earlier. AA European Cleaning Service was professional on every level, reasonable, trustworthy,  extremely accommodating to work within our time frame, and did a fabulous job cleaning. I would highly recommend them for any cleaning services needed. They are a one-stop do-it-all company. As a landlord and working with tradespeople for years, I would rate them the BEST.   We chose AA European Cleaning Service because of all the great reviews online. We knew our closing date and wanted a full cleaning of the empty house before moving in, so Jose scheduled us for the cleaning day and arranged for us to text him after our bank closing, and they would meet us at the house that day to give a more accurate estimate. I had warned him that the house was very dirty, and hoped they could handle it. When he and Fatima arrived, they listened carefully to my (very!) picky details of all the things I wanted done (basically every surface inside & out - cabinets, appliances, light switches, windows, everything). And they completely understood and were confident they could do this, and explained the types of cleaners to be used to get the job done. In some cases, bleach, so they wanted to get our OK, and if not, offer some alternatives.
  I don't remember exactly how long it took or how many people, but by the time I got to the house the evening of cleaning day, I was a little nervous. I SHOULDN'T HAVE BEEN!!! I'm not even embarrassed to say I choked up a bit at how sparkling clean every single thing was!
